VibeAha Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeAha, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location and at least 13 years old.

Description of Service

VibeAha provides AI image, video, audio, motion, editing, and media-processing workflows. Models and generation infrastructure may be supplied by third parties. Availability, output characteristics, processing time, and model names may change as provider contracts change.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use and AIGC Content Policy

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded images, audio and video, generated or edited outputs, and content stored or shared through VibeAha. You must not use the service to create, upload, edit, publish, or distribute the following six categories:

1. Sexual or NSFW content. Pornography, sexually explicit or exploitative material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving coercion.
2. Violence or graphic gore. Graphic injury, torture, mutilation, or content that praises, threatens, instructs, or facilitates real-world violence.
3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, excludes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
4. Child-unsafe content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any content that endangers a child. VibeAha applies zero tolerance to this category.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation. Using a real person's face, voice, likeness, or identity without the rights and consent required for the intended use, or creating deceptive impersonation, fraud, defamation, identity theft, or non-consensual intimate deepfakes.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement. Uploading or generating content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights, including counterfeit branding or unauthorized removal of attribution, rights-management information, or watermarks.

You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Promote or facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, weapons of mass destruction, fraud, harassment, trafficking, or other serious harm.
• Generate deceptive misinformation, evade or probe safety controls, or use the service for abusive automated activity.

Content Moderation

VibeAha uses a layered moderation process that combines service controls, third-party AI provider safety systems, and human review. Depending on the selected tool and provider, safety checks may analyze prompts, uploads, task-submission responses, generated outputs, and patterns of abusive use. A request may be blocked before a task is created, stopped by a provider, withheld from delivery, or flagged for review.

When automated controls, provider signals, or a user report identify a potential violation, authorized personnel may review the minimum related prompts, uploads, outputs, account activity, and task metadata needed to investigate it. We may also conduct targeted abuse reviews and adjust our controls as threats and provider requirements change. No moderation system is perfect; if you believe a request or account was restricted in error, contact us with the task ID and relevant context.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report prohibited content, impersonation, child-safety concerns, or intellectual-property and privacy violations to support@vibeaha.com. Include the relevant URL or task ID, a description of the issue, and evidence that helps us verify the report. Do not email illegal content itself; describe it and provide only the minimum information necessary to locate it.

We assess reports based on severity, evidence, context, applicable law, and repeated behavior. Actions may include rejecting a request, warning the user, removing or withholding content, limiting features, suspending the account, permanently terminating access, preserving evidence, or reporting suspected illegal activity to competent authorities where required. Child sexual abuse material, credible threats, and other severe illegal content may result in immediate account termination and escalation. We may reject or act on abusive or knowingly false reports.

AI Inputs and Outputs

You retain any rights you already have in prompts and uploaded media. You grant VibeAha and its processing providers a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.

Subject to applicable law, provider terms, and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for your intended purpose. AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming all necessary rights, permissions, disclosures, and regulatory requirements before publishing.

Credits and Billing

Paid features consume credits according to the server-authoritative estimate shown before submission. Model, duration, resolution, and selected options can change the cost. Credits are not currency and cannot be transferred outside the service. Credits purchased through the currently listed Air, Pro, and Max one-time packs do not expire or reset each month. Credits may be revoked when required to resolve a chargeback, fraud, abuse, or a legal obligation.

The currently listed Air, Pro, and Max packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You are responsible for accurate billing information. Eligible generation tasks that fail before successful delivery may receive automatic credit restoration; cash refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

VibeAha Intellectual Property

The VibeAha service, brand, interface, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of VibeAha technology or third-party models.

Rights and Removal Requests

To report a rights violation or request removal, contact support@vibeaha.com with the relevant URL or task ID, the basis of your request, and evidence of identity, consent, ownership, or authority. We may request additional information before taking action.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service and AI outputs are provided on an as-available basis. VibeAha does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeAha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

The governing law and dispute venue must be confirmed in the final legal review applicable to the VibeAha operating entity. If local consumer law grants non-waivable rights, those rights continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
