Refund Policy for VibeAha

At VibeAha ("we", "our", "us"), we strive to deliver a reliable AI creation workspace for professional teams. Because we sell access to digital services and compute credits, we offer refunds in only a few clearly defined scenarios. This page explains when you can request a refund, how long the process takes, and what information we require.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your purchase was made on https://vibeaha.com within the past 7 calendar days.
- The plan, add-on, or credit pack remains unused (no generations, exports, or seat activations were triggered).
- There is a verifiable technical issue on our side (for example: duplicated billing, failed workspace activation, or persistent downtime longer than 24 hours) that prevented you from using the product as advertised.
We cannot approve refunds for:
- Completed generations, downloads, or exports (digital assets cannot be “returned”).
- Seat upgrades, credits, or plans that were shared with collaborators.
- Promotional bundles, beta pricing, or one-time discounts explicitly marked “non-refundable”.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vibeaha.com with the subject line Refund Request – <Order Number> and include:
- Your full name and the email used to purchase the plan.
- Order number or receipt ID from Stripe/PayPal.
- Purchase date and product (e.g., "Pro Studio – Monthly", "500 Credit Pack").
- Brief description of the issue and evidence (screenshots, logs, invoices).
Our billing team responds within 2 business days. If more details are needed, you will receive step-by-step instructions to verify account ownership and clarify the incident.
3. Review & Processing Timeline
- Verification (1–2 business days): We confirm payment status, usage logs, and eligibility criteria.
- Approval (1 business day): If the request meets the policy, we notify you by email.
- Payout (5–10 business days): Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Stripe and PayPal timelines may vary by bank and country; we provide the transaction reference once initiated.
If the refund is denied, we will detail the reason (e.g., credits consumed, request made after the 7-day window) and suggest alternative remedies such as bonus credits or account troubleshooting.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback before contacting us slows the resolution and may cause your workspace to be suspended during the investigation.
- We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that contradict this policy or include evidence demonstrating successful service delivery.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy to align with new payment integrations, regional regulations, or product changes. Any updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of VibeAha after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
