At VibeAha ("we", "our", "us"), we strive to deliver a reliable AI creation workspace for professional teams. Because we sell access to digital services and compute credits, we offer refunds in only a few clearly defined scenarios. This page explains when you can request a refund, how long the process takes, and what information we require.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your purchase was made on https://vibeaha.com within the past 7 calendar days.
  2. The plan, add-on, or credit pack remains unused (no generations, exports, or seat activations were triggered).
  3. There is a verifiable technical issue on our side (for example: duplicated billing, failed workspace activation, or persistent downtime longer than 24 hours) that prevented you from using the product as advertised.

  2. Approval (1 business day): If the request meets the policy, we notify you by email.
  3. Payout (5–10 business days): Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Stripe and PayPal timelines may vary by bank and country; we provide the transaction reference once initiated.

If the refund is denied, we will detail the reason (e.g., credits consumed, request made after the 7-day window) and suggest alternative remedies such as bonus credits or account troubleshooting.
