AI Object Remover

Upload a photo and describe what should disappear. The tool rebuilds the background behind it and leaves the rest alone.

Only edit photos you own or have permission to edit. Do not use it to remove a watermark, credit or copyright notice from someone else’s work.

What are you removing?

There is no brush or mask. Say what it is, where it is and what it looks like, for example its color, clothing or position.

3 credits per image, shown before anything runs. Credits for a run that fails are returned. Only upload photos you own or have permission to edit.

What you can remove

Examples made with this tool are coming soon.

For now, the gallery shows creative references and sample inputs, not results made with this tool.

Example 01

Remove a person from the background

Name the person by what they wear and where they stand, such as “the man in the blue jacket on the left, behind the bench”. A clear position helps more than a vague one.

Input:
A travel or street photo
Settings:
Remove: A person

Example 02

Remove an object from a scene

Point to the object and its place, such as “the red trash can next to the door”. The tool is asked to rebuild the space behind it and remove its shadow too.

Input:
A room, street or product photo
Settings:
Remove: An object

Example 03

Remove text or a sign

Describe the sign or the words and where they are. Plain surfaces such as a wall or the sky are rebuilt more cleanly than detailed patterns.

Input:
A photo with a sign or a caption on it
Settings:
Remove: Text or a sign

Example 04

Clear clutter and small distractions

List the small things, such as cables on the floor or loose papers on a desk, and ask for a tidier surface.

Input:
A desk, shelf or room photo
Settings:
Remove: Clutter or small distractions

How to Remove Objects from a Photo with AI

  1. 01

    Add your photo

Upload one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 30 MB. Sharp photos with even light give the cleanest fill.

  2. 02

    Say what to remove

Pick the kind of thing, a person, an object, text or clutter, and describe it in a sentence, up to 300 characters. Include color, position and nearby landmarks. You can add what to keep untouched, up to 150 characters.

  3. 03

Create it and check the fill

The price is shown first: 3 credits for each edit. Look closely at the area where the object was, and create it again with a clearer description if it is not right.

Where an object remover helps

Travel and street photos

Take out a passer-by, a parked car or a bin that spoils an otherwise good shot.

Product and room photos

Clear a stray cable, a price tag or something in the corner of a listing photo.

Family and event photos

Remove a photobomber or a distracting object behind the people you actually care about.

Screenshots and posters

Clear a caption or a sign that you own and no longer want in the picture.

Describing the target, and what to expect

How to describe what to remove

Describe the target precisely

Say what it is, what color it is and where it sits in the frame. “The red bicycle leaning on the wall, right side” is much clearer than “the thing on the right”.

Name what must stay

If something close to the target should not change, mention it in the keep box. The edit still can touch nearby areas, so naming what to protect helps.

Prefer simple backgrounds

Grass, sky, sand, walls and floors are rebuilt more cleanly than faces, text or repeating patterns.

Limits, price and what changes

It works from a written instruction

There is no mask brush on this page. The model finds what you describe, so a pixel-exact selection is not possible. For a very precise cut, an editor with a brush is a better fit.

3 credits for each edit

Every run costs 3 credits, quoted before you confirm. A new account gets 3 welcome credits, which cover one edit here.

Large removals can look painted

The bigger the object, the more the tool has to invent. Check edges, shadows and repeating patterns, and try again if the fill looks smeared.

The whole image is regenerated

The edit redraws the picture, so fine detail elsewhere can shift slightly. Keep your original file for anything you need to match exactly.
